Programme Updates 
Programme Updates
Five successful application rounds have now been completed and a number of fast track projects also approved. The most recent approvals under the ESF programme are very much focussed on the key sectors and supporting those affected by the economic downturn and are spread throughout the region. A range of projects have been supported under Round 6 of the ERDF Programme with a number of renewable energy projects in fragile areas such as the Kintyre peninsula and South Uist and several strategic tourism projects in Orkney and Shetland.
