Monitoring Visits

The monitoring activity undertaken by the PME and the Scottish Executive mainly deals with the delivery of the project. The key concerns are to make sure the project is being delivered according to plan, in line with anticipated timescales, to the required capacity and to the appropriate clients. It is also an important mechanism to detect any difficulties or problems a project may have and try to assist in ensuring these are rectified.
