SE/VAC

A visit from the Scottish Executive’s Verification & Compliance Team will concentrate more specifically on audit trails and the control/financial systems of the project sponsor.   The visits have a number of objectives including judging the effectiveness of the management and control systems; ensuring compliance with appropriate legislation; ensuring expenditure has been properly discharged and is eligible; confirming that the project delivered is consistent with the approved application.
