Some further clarification has been made to specific areas of the National Rules, in response to further enquiries from stakeholders. The relevant sections are:

Part 1.12 Accounting Treatment of Receipts. This provides further clarification on project income (1.12.1) and revenue generation (1.12.2).
Part 3.1 Staffing. This provides further clarification on beneficiary recruitment and project (financial) management costs.

These should be used when completing the application form for stage 2.
