ERDF, ESF & 3rd Party EAGGF

Applications for funding under the ERDF, ESF and EAGGF 3rd party are processed by the Highlands and Islands Partnership Programme with applications submitted directly to the Programme Management Executive.

There are normally two submission deadlines each year, in February/March and September, for applications to these Funds; applications received after the deadline date will not be considered further in the bidding round. Further details of dates, etc. can be found within the News section.

Fully completed application forms are submitted to the Programme Management Executive (PME) in electronic form (part 1 completed on the on-line application system) and hard copy (parts 2/3 in word format).  The on-line application system is accessed through the Scottish Executive secure website.

Full details of the form and form completion guidance notes are downloadable from this website. Applicants should refer to these before submitting an application.

The application round takes approximately 12 weeks from submission to final decision and applicants should note that projects cannot commence until after the project has been formally recommended to Scottish Executive Ministers by the Programme Management Committee.

Further information can be obtained from the Programme Management Executive.
